HOURS OF WORK
(c)
The mason tender shall work:
(i) Regular hours of work for work performed on Monday to Friday
inclusive are ten and a half (10.5) hours worked from 6:30 a.m. until 5:30
p.m. each day. This is no guarantee of daily or weekly hours by the
Employer. The starting time may vary up to one hour. Employees may work
fifty two and a half (52.5) hours per week at straight time. Overtime
commences after fifty two and a half (52.5) hours. It is understood that
there will be no discrimination against workers who refuse to work more
than forty-two and a half (42.5) hours per week at straight time.
